Over the past nine years, the business has evolved rapidly under the guidance of the On family. Our approach is simple but powerful: we prioritise our customers' satisfaction and offer insights and assistance from a real musician's perspective. We’ve had the privilege of working with and supporting many amazing musicians throughout our journey. We are proud to have long-standing relationships with members of the West Australian Symphony Orchestra (WASO), over 100 local music teachers and schools throughout Australia, and our team includes some of the best technicians in the business—each with decades of experience and unmatched skill. Their expertise ensures that every instrument we service or repair is in capable hands, a skill set that truly can’t be bought!
Our Education Philosophy
Music is the universal language that brings us together, helping us discover not only the world around us, but also who we are as individuals. It’s with this belief that the On family has made music education a cornerstone of our business. The women of our family have been immersed in music since childhood—learning, performing, and teaching. Momma On has been a dedicated piano tutor for over 20 years, and her passion for teaching is woven into the fabric of our Music Academy.
Today, Crescendo Music Academy boasts over 430 students after 2 years of opening, each of whom is nurtured with a commitment to fostering musical talent, creativity, and self-expression. We understand that every student is unique, and our approach to teaching is rooted in empathy, patience, and understanding. We aim to inspire the next generation of musicians to explore their potential, while also creating a sense of community through music.
