If the customer is not satisfied with the product(s) purchased online, for any reason, they must contact Crescendo Music for return authorisation instructions within 7 days of the receipt of their shipment.
In the case of a faulty product, we will provide a refund (shipping is not refundable) once the product is returned (at your cost – please insure the parcel) in a resaleable condition. A refund must be requested within 7 days of receipt of shipment and a proper return authorisation must be obtained. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage occurred during the transport of the return.
All products must be returned to Crescendo Music. Our contact information can be found in the email that is sent to you after your purchase or in the documents included in your shipment.
The customer is required to pay all return-freight charges, except in the instance of product damage that occurred during shipment. Please include photos of the damaged shipment packaging and damaged product when requesting for a Return Authorisation.
The refund of the original purchase will be for the amount of the product only. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
A refund or exchange will be issued only AFTER the product(s) is/are received by Crescendo Music and is deemed faulty if it is broken, damaged or has a manufacturing fault. All returned products MUST contain the original contents of the shipment, including packing materials, accessories, manuals and any other related documentation. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage occurred during the transport of the returned item.
