Oversized / Large Quantity Orders

 - Our courier companies' module may over-estimate shipping charges for large products and/or multiple quantity orders.

 - Please contact us if estimated freight charge is unsuitable. 

Occasionally due to issues with delivering to remote or unusual destinations, we aren't able to offer free postage / freight subsidy. We reserve the right to retract the offer if freight costs exceed 10% of your purchase. We will always notify you if there is an issue and offer a full refund or arrange alternative delivery options.
