Crescendo Academy

Welcome to our newly expanded Crescendo Academy. We are proud to share that our academy has grown from four to nine purpose-built teaching studios, all housed within our new, state-of-the-art facility in Myaree, Western Australia. This expansion also includes our own dedicated performance hall, allowing us to offer an even richer and more immersive musical experience for our students.

Established in Myaree since 1976, Crescendo Academy provides high-quality music education for students of all ages, from children and youth to adults. We offer one-on-one instrumental lessons, with group lessons available subject to term availability, and follow internationally recognised AMEB and ABRSM syllabuses.

Our teaching team comprises accomplished musicians and highly qualified educators, many holding advanced certifications and formal qualifications. With a proven record of successfully guiding students through and beyond diploma-level studies, our teachers are dedicated to nurturing each student’s individual musical development—from beginners to advanced performers. All instructors hold current Working with Children Checks, and student progress is carefully monitored, documented, and celebrated through graded examinations and diploma pathways.

What we offer:

Standard Academy:
Lessons are tailored to each student’s individual goals, pace, and learning style. Students progress at a level that suits them best, with a strong emphasis on musicality, technical development, and building long-term confidence in music.

ProAcademy:
Designed for highly motivated and ambitious students, the ProAcademy offers a structured and intensive learning pathway led by our senior teachers. This program focuses on accelerated progression, advanced technique, performance preparation, and achieving higher grades, diplomas, and performance excellence. Entry is by interview to ensure the program is the right fit.

Collaboration with AMEB, ABRSM & UWA:
Our curriculum aligns with internationally recognised syllabuses, and we proudly collaborate with respected institutions to maintain a high standard of music education and assessment.

Performance Opportunities:
Crescendo Academy is equipped with its own dedicated performance hall, allowing us to host concerts, recitals, workshops, and student events throughout the year. These regular performance opportunities help students build confidence, stage presence, and real-world musical experience in a supportive environment.
