This one-of-a-kind violin began its journey in 2021, with meticulous planning, custom mould creation, and design work. Completed in late 2022, it is a close replica of the renowned Stradivarius 1724 violin, known as the ‘Cecil.’ Every detail, including the thickness and dimensions, was carefully crafted to mirror the original instrument's shape and structure.
Featuring a dark antiqued finish, the violin is coated with a blend of natural oil and spirit varnish, giving it a beautifully aged appearance. It was crafted by our award-winning luthier as a long-term project, with over a year dedicated to achieving perfection. The violin includes ebony fittings, an E fine tuner, and a two-piece maple back and sides, just like the original.
Praised by our in-house violin specialists and teachers, this violin is celebrated for its rich, full, and balanced sound.
Ideal for professional violinists and collectors, this rare violin offers unparalleled tonal quality and craftsmanship.
