The Enya K5 Solid Acacia Ukulele is an amazing ukulele, for all levels of performance. Made of all high quality 5A solid Acacia with a high glossy finish, it features rosewood binding, mahogany neck, abalone inlay, compensating saddle, includes a premium gig bag.
Premium Quality Tonewood
Due to its unique tonal quality & beauty, Acacia is the only choice for some players. The whole body is made of all very premium 5A solid Acacia with a high glossy finish. It gives this ukulele richer, soft and resonant sound. The blinding of rosewood and abalone inlay is exquisite. There is a Hawaiian flower inlay decoration on the ebony fingerboard. Acacia is heavier and denser than Mahogany and thus has its own unique sound & projection characteristics. Some compare the sound of Acacia woods to that of Hawaiian Koa - a deep woody tone. The K5 Solid Acacia features a Mahogany BT detachable neck, radius ebony fretboard, planate abalone inlay and all solid acacia body.
BT Detachable Neck
Enya applies the special BT neck technology to the neck connection, which abandons the use of glue and creates a detachable instrument neck. The Enya BT neck technology creates a better way to adjust the neck and provides better sound vibration transmission.
