The Orion Trade-Up Program was created to help parents whose children outgrow their smaller-sized instruments and are left with instruments they struggle to sell or trade due to limited knowledge.
We offer a generous 40% trade-up credit, ensuring that when your child progresses to a larger size or higher level, they have the opportunity to easily upgrade.
Trade in your Orion stringed instrument and receive up to 40% trade-up credit towards your next Orion violin, viola, or cello, subject to the condition of the instrument and any included accessories. We will assess the condition of the instrument, and while minor scratches and marks are generally acceptable, larger chips, damage, or cracks may reduce the percentage of trade-up credit.
To receive the full 40% trade-up credit
- Ensure your instrument is in healthy condition (minor marks and scratches are fine)
- The bow hair is in good condition (no excessive loss or cracks)
- The case is in good working order (zipper and latches functioning)
- Strings are in good health
Please note that if inferior strings are used on the instrument prior to trade-up, the customer will be required to cover the cost of new strings.
