The Mahalo MEU1/N is a Concert size nylon string electric ukulele. Featuring a Surfboard shaped solid Basswood body, a Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays, this amazing ukulele will have you riding a wave of new found inspiration.
The Gloss White Lacquer finish with its Blue Surfboard styled Graphic looks cool and classy.
The Mahalo MEU1/N is equipped with a custom designed under saddle transducer pickup that translates the sound of the ukulele with a clear, powerful and natural tone. This is a superb on-stage or recording ukulele. Used with a product such as a VOX AMplug and headphones (not included), the Mahalo Surfboard Uke is the perfect partner for silent practice. The onboard Volume and Tone control enable you to tailor your sound.
The Aquila NylGut strings are the most popular ukulele strings in the world and they work beautifully with the Mahalo MEU1/N – plugged in with some basic sound effects, you will be introduced to another dimension of what can be expected from a Ukulele.
This 375mm scale length solid body ukulele also has Nickel open gear machine heads with round vintage style buttons for
smooth and accurate tuning.
