The TP3DC model is one of Takamines' top-line guitars with some of the finest acoustic sounds. Coming from the resonant tonewoods selected for this model, the guitar features a solid cedar and solid mahogany back. For performers, you will find the higher acclaimed Takamine electronics & CT4B II preamp in this guitar to deliver an exquisite acoustic experience onstage.
The solid cedar top features hand-scalloped X bracing and ivory binding with dark purfling. The edges of the guitar is bound by a gorgeous concentric-ring rosette with wood marquetry. The unique Takamine split-saddle bone bridge provides faultless intonation and excellent acoustic coupling to the top.
Other premium features include a solid sapele back, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard with wood dot-in-dot inlays, gold diecast tuners with some light amber buttons, natural satin finish and the highly acclaimed CT4B II preamp system with three-band EQ, volume control and built-in tuner.
