High Quality
This instrument will far exceed your expectations! The S1 features a Solid Spruce top, solid rosewood back and sides, and a mahogony neck. A red birch fretboard inlay and soundhole decorations means the S1 looks as good as it plays. Coupled with the abalone binding around the body, it adds to the high quality of this instrument. There is a slotted headstock on the S1, with high quality machineheads with red tuning pegs providing a 1:18 ratio.
Custom A1U Pickup
Enya have designed an excellent pickup system for their ukes. The Double A1U pickup provides volume and tone controls at the soundhole, with a battery signal LED. Easily accessible during performances and recordings. The input jack is located at the bottom of the ukulele.
