The Young Flute Player or TYFP is a collection of 6 books containing comprehensive resources for teaching beginner players to master the flute. The books are perfect for either child or adult beginners and are user friendly, with easy to read notation, cartoon illustrations and music games. TYFP Book 6 is specifically written for adult and teenage learners.

Flute book with exercises, pieces, fingering chart, music theory and practice charts. Everything for a student beginning the flute with short explanations of all signs and terms.

Young Flute Player book 1, which is blue, is a good beginners flute book. Easy to read, with scales, pieces, music theory, spare manuscript paper and practice charts. A popular Australian flute method book.

Young Flute Player Book 2, which is red, has more advanced pieces.
