A beautiful book matched Ziricote top presents a striking look, wrapped around on the back and sides too. Strong mahogany neck to accomodate 4 strings and 8 strings tension. The Hydra is paired with a maple fretboard and bridge to give a lighter look, with a set of gorgeous fretboard floral inlay. 

The Ortega Hydra ziricote ukulele has a walnut armrest to accommodate for the wider body, which improves comfort in playing. Fitted with a preamp and electronics for external connection to speakers or amplifiers. This ukulele comes with a custom Ortega made gig bag.
